Privacy Policy

OutreachMemory is operated by Dev Gajjar, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

• Your account: your email address and a password, which our authentication provider stores only as a hash.
• What your connected AI apps save: companies (name, website, location, public inboxes), people (name, title, email, LinkedIn) and the drafts, research, job posts and notes written for them, with each opportunity's stage and history.
• Your details, if you add them: name, headline, location, email, phone, LinkedIn, website, a short summary and a signature.
• Connections: which AI apps you connected, and when each last saved or read.
• Request logs: technical metadata such as time, the tool called, response status and a one-way hash of your user id. Logs never contain what was saved, names or email addresses.

We do not collect your conversations with your AI app, only what it saves to OutreachMemory. We never knowingly store passwords, government ID numbers or payment details, and our instructions tell AI apps not to save them.

What you save can include other people's names, job titles and work contact details. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to keep and use them, such as contacting them about a job or business, and for respecting their wishes if they ask not to be contacted. We process this information only to provide the service to you.

• To provide OutreachMemory: storing what you save, showing it in your dashboard, and returning it to your AI apps when they look something up.
• To keep it secure and working: signing you in, preventing abuse and enforcing rate limits, and fixing errors.
• To email you about your account, such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.

We keep what you save as a structured record -- companies, people, drafts and their stages -- for one purpose: so the AI apps you connect can read it back in a later chat and carry on from what you already have. That is the service, and it is the only thing your data is used for.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you create an account and connect an app, and to provide the service you asked for. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models.

• Supabase: database and authentication. Data is stored in Seoul, South Korea.
• Vercel: hosting. Requests are processed in Seoul, South Korea.
• Resend: delivering account emails, once enabled.
• Sentry: error reports, if enabled. Configured to collect no personal data.

Your data is therefore stored and processed outside India. Each of these providers processes it only on our instructions, under their own security commitments.

Your AI apps (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Grok) are separate services. What you type into them, and what they send to OutreachMemory, is also governed by their own privacy policies.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete something in the dashboard it is deleted; when you delete your account, everything in it is deleted at once. Database backups kept by our provider expire within their retention period, typically 7 days. Request logs are kept for up to 30 days.

• Access and portability: export everything as CSV or JSON from Settings, Data.
• Correction: edit your details in Settings, and delete or merge anything wrong from the dashboard.
• Erasure: delete any company, person, opportunity or draft, or your whole account, from the dashboard.
• Withdraw consent: disconnect any AI app from its own settings, or delete your account.
• Grievances: write to hellodev281@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every record is tied to your account, and the database itself refuses any other account's request. AI apps connect through OAuth with your sign-in and cannot delete your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

OutreachMemory is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
