Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dev Gajjar, an individual based in India, who operates OutreachMemory. By creating an account or connecting an AI app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

OutreachMemory stores the companies, contacts and drafts your AI apps save while you chat, shows them in a dashboard, and returns them to your AI apps so they can check before writing again. It does not send emails or messages for you.

OutreachMemory is in beta and free. Features may change. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you can choose not to continue.

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the AI apps you connect save to it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

You agree not to:

• use OutreachMemory for spam, harassment, or outreach that breaks anti-spam, privacy or employment laws;
• store information you have no right to keep, or anyone's passwords, government ID numbers or payment details;
• probe, overload or get around the service's security or rate limits, or access another person's data;
• resell or offer the service to others without our written permission.

What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to save it, including other people's contact details.

Drafts are written by the AI app you use, not by us. They can be wrong, outdated or inappropriate. Read and check every draft before you send it; you are responsible for what you send.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved data will never be lost; export your data if it matters to you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, which during the free beta is zero.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Before going to court, write to hellodev281@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
